This acquisition represents a starting point in a plan to expand on the English market that will see 30 million pounds in investments and the creation of a cutting-edge production facility.

The Kerakoll group, a leading global company in GreenBuilding materials, signed a contract today to acquire 100% of the share capital of Tilemaster Adhesive Ltd, a leading UK company in the production and marketing of ceramic and natural stone laying systems.

The Kelly family founded Tilemaster Adhesive Ltd in 1990, and today it has revenue of 16 million pounds and counts more than 450 customers, which it serves within 24-48 hours from receipt of order, directly from the production facility in Leyland, Lancashire.
